1. What we collect

When you place an order or write to us, we collect: your name, the recipient's name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, the contents of card messages or notes you provide, and the items in your order.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs your IP address, user agent, and which pages you viewed, for security and capacity planning. We do not run third-party analytics that track you across the web.

2. Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number, expiration, and security code go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We retain only the last four digits of the card and a Stripe transaction ID for our records.

3. How we use it

To compose, deliver, and confirm your order. To answer your questions. To improve the studio (in aggregate, never to profile individuals). To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketing companies. We do not send you newsletters or promotional emails unless you ask to be on the list.

4. Who we share with

Stripe, for payment processing. Our courier, only what is needed to deliver (name, address, phone, delivery notes). Our email provider, to send you order confirmations.

We share information with law enforcement only when compelled by valid legal process.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Contact-form messages are retained for one year. Anything you ask us to delete, we delete (subject to the seven-year tax requirement on order records).

6. Cookies

We use one cookie: a session cookie that remembers what is in your shopping cart between page loads. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

California residents have the right under the CCPA to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale (we do not sell). To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@huntingtonbeachflower.app.

8. Children

The site is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is what appears on this page; the date of last revision is below. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for thirty days.
